Brewing Station To Host Outer Banks Pro Kick-Off Party
The 2013 Wave Riding Vehicles Outer Banks Pro surfing contest returns to Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head this Labor Day Weekend, and the official kick-off party is happening Thursday night in Kill Devil Hills.
The Outer Banks Brewing Station in Kill Devil Hills will host the official Outer Banks Pro Kick-Off Party this Thursday night starting at 10pm.
The 21-and-up event will feature live entertainment by DJ Ategy and DJ Doddie.
Admission is free for all Outer Banks Pro contestants.
Outer Banks Brewing Station is located at 600 South Croatan Highway near Milepost 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills.
Professional surf competition is scheduled to start this Thursday, August 29, running through Labor Day Monday, September 2.
Presented by Hurley as part of the Western Atlantic Surf Series, this year’s contest returns to the south side of Jennette’s Pier at Whalebone Junction in Nags Head, with a total purse of $30,00 in prize money up for grabs.
