The first Halloween International Film Festival will take place on the Outer Banks, North Carolina during HalloWeek on Halloween Weekend, October 27-29, 2016, to be followed by the 3rd Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade of Costumes on Sunday, October 30.

All Festival film screenings will be shown at RC Theatres Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, to be followed each night by official after parties at Jolly Roger, Outer Banks Brewing Station, and Kelly’s.

Additional Halloween events will be happening throughout the Outer Banks starting on Wednesday, Oct. 26 and continuing through Halloween night, including the 3rd Annual Halloween Parade of Costumes on Sunday, Oct. 30 at Kelly’s; Scaryoke nightly at Jolly Roger; Halloween ComicFest on Saturday, Oct. 29 at Earth 383; the Exotic Erotic Ball at Outer Banks Brewing Station on Oct. 31; PsychoPath and Wanchese Woods haunted trails on Roanoke Island; and more events to be announced.
