HalloWeek is now HalloMonth, with special events happening throughout October 2019, starting with the Halloween Film Festival on Oct. 3-5 at the R/C Theatres cineplex in Kill Devil Hills, followed by the Halloween Crafts & Masks Show on Saturday, Oct. 12 at Paparazzi OBX in Kitty Hawk, and concluding with the 6th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade on Sunday, Oct. 27 at Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills!
TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT – OCT. 26 at First Flight Elementary School
Come on out to First FRIGHT Elementary School, IF YOU DARE! Trick or Treat Night is back, and in addition to Trick-or-Treating, PTO’s big event of the year will include a cake walk, a silent auction, a raffle drawing, the Disco Dungeon Dance Party, friendly games, face painting, fortune telling, a photo booth, and back by popular demand, the scary haunted house in a new location!
Admission is $2 per person and please bring a non-perishable food item for our food drive. Games and trick-or-treating are always FREE. Tickets are available for activities including Haunted House, Cake Walk, Disco Dungeon, Photo Booth, Face Painting, and Fortune Teller, so bring cash and a bag for treats.
HALLOWEEN PARADE – OCT. 27 at Aviation Park, Kill Devil Hills
The 6th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade, presented by OBX Entertainment, will take place at Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills, on Sunday in October 27, a free, family friendly costume event for all ages, presented by OBX Entertainment.
The pre-parade Trick or Treat Party starts at 2pm, with the walking Parade itself beginning at 3pm, followed by the Awards Ceremony, where thousands of dollars in prizes will be awarded to the best costumes.
