The 7th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade of Costumes went VIRTUAL on Sunday, October 25, 2020, with all registered participants showcased online on Facebook, presented by OBX Entertainment.

The 2020 Outer Banks Virtual Halloween Parade is sponsored by The Outer Banks Visitors Bureau and Halloween Daily News.
