OBX Entertainment presented the 6th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade of Costumes on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills, with hundreds of attendees and participants, both local and visiting from throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and even as far away as Nebraska.
The free, family friendly event included the annual trick or treat party featuring over a dozen local nonprofit organizations and businesses, followed by the walking parade itself and then the costume contest awards ceremony.
Thousands of dollars in prizes for the best costumes were graciously donated by local businesses.
