Posted By on October 12, 2017

HalloWeek is happening on the Outer Banks this year, with many Halloween events happening around the area, anchored by the 4th Annual Halloween Parade on Oct. 29, and also including the Halloween International Film Festival and a new Halloween Carnival coming to Kmart in Kill Devil Hills on Saturday, Oct. 28.

A family friendly event for all ages, the carnival begins at 11am and runs until 4pm, featuring free games, costume contests, and ghoulishly great prizes.

And be sure to visit the amazing Halfmoon Hollow display of handmade, custom built Halloween animatronics and decorations, on exhibit in a special walk-through experience, showing daily at Kmart through Oct. 31.
