Season 3 of our original Outer Banks entertainment news series OBXE TV kicks off now with Episode 55, featuring an interview with special guests Victoria Duncan, the writer and director of The Transgressor, and her director of photography for the film, Sheldon Walker.

A Raleigh, North Carolina native, Victoria will discuss why she is shooting her NYU student film The Transgressor locally on the Outer Banks and preview what the futuristic movie is about.
