Outer Banks Weekend Movie Update – Aug. 21, 2015: ‘Sinister’ Sequel
Sinister horror returns to theater this week, while N.W.A. comes Straight Outta Compton, the Hitman video game comes alive, the future Lex Luthor has an Ultra adventure, and a new Mission Impossible begins at the historic Pioneer.
Here’s your Outer Banks Movie Update for the weekend of August 21, 2015!
Tom Cruise returns to action in the sequel Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation (rated PG13), starting this Friday at the historic Pioneer Theatre in Manteo.
Showtime at the Pioneer is 8pm nightly.

Also, happening this Friday, August 21, the Outer Banks Children at Play Museum is once again presenting free family film screenings every Friday this summer as part of the Movies on the Sound program, continuing this week with the Disney’s Planes: Fire and Rescue (rated PG). The horror sequel Sinister 2 (rated R) opens Friday at R/C KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, with preview screenings set for tonight (Thursday).
