Last year, the show followed three local commercial captains as they competed against three of their northern counterparts that are Wicked Tuna regulars from Gloucester, Massachusetts.

Outer Banks captain Greg Mayer of the Fishin’ Frenzy was declared the winner of Season 1.

With the original Wicked Tuna series airing its current season finale tomorrow (Sunday, May 31), we expect to have our first official trailer for Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks in the next day or so.
