Ricky Skaggs Headlines 2014 Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival [Concert Preview]
The 3rd Annual Outer Bluegrass Festival is coming to Roanoke Island Festival Park this month, featuring another all-star lineup of talent headlined by Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder!
Skaggs will be the final performer on Saturday night, Sept. 27, following sets by The Moore Brothers, Lorraine Jordan and Carolina Road, Russell Moore, The Boxcars, The Roys, and many more.
Bluegrass queen Rhonda Vincent is back for her third year at the local event, taking the stage with her band The Rage on Friday night, Sept. 26, after the Boomgrass fireworks show.
The Lonesome River Band, The Wayfarers, Blue Highway, Sierra Hull, The Steep Canyon Rangers, The Grass Cats, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, and Nu Blu are just some of other national acts that will perform live during the four-day concert festival.
Sierra Hull will be live in concert at the 3rd Annual Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival, Sept. 25-28, 2014 at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo, NC.

Tickets are $40 per day or $110 for a four-day pass, and they are available for advance purchase online here.
