Theatre of Dare has announced that open auditions will be held this month for their final production of the 2013-2014 season.

The Theatre of Dare will end its 23rd season with The Dixie Swim Club.

Auditions will be held on March 18th and 19th at the Manteo Library from 7 to 9pm.

The Dixie Swim Club is a comedy about five women that become friends on a college swim team and then meet every August on the Outer Banks. The story follows 35 years of their lives, teaching them the real meaning of “teamwork” and friendship.

There are roles available for 5 women and there is no need to prepare anything for the audition, but come ready to read.

Theatre of Dare director Stephanie Sexton will be holding open auditions for The Dixie Swim Club this Tuesday and Wednesday, March 18-19, from 7 to 9pm inside the meeting room at the Manteo Public Library.

Theatre of Dare will present 'The Dixie Swim Club'.
