Theatre of Dare Presents 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'

Theatre of Dare will premiere their new production of Dale Wasserman’s One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, directed Jon Bender, this weekend.

This popular show is adapted from the Ken Kesey novel by the same name, which also inspired the classic movie starring Jack Nicholson.  

Cast members are: Mary Egbert, Katelyn Rea, Stuart Parks II, Janet Bryant, Eura Reynolds and Jared Eng-Hong. Rob Jenkins, Lee Brooks, Bert Plante, David Creef, Michael Campbell, Tim Hass, Grumpy Doug Dino, Brian Edwards, David Rolf and Daniel Ziegler.  

This production is being presented in part by The Full Moon Café in Manteo.

Performance dates are set for this Thursday through Sunday, November 7-10 and again November 14-17 at the College of the Albemarle (COA) Manteo Campus. Showtimes are at 7:30 each night, except Sundays, which is a matinee at 4pm.

Tickets are $10 for adullts and $5 for students, and they can be purchased in advance at Gray’s Department Store in Kitty Hawk or at the door.
