Kathy Mattea Concert Relocated To Kill Devil Hills [Concert Preview]

The Kathy Mattea concert scheduled for this weekend at the Waterside Theatre on Roanoke Island has changed venues to the First Flight High School Auditorium in Kill Devil Hills.

Due to the threating weather report and the extreme heat, the concert has been moved to the First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills, NC.   The school is located at 100 Veterans Drive off Colington Road (Ocean Bay Blvd.) near Milepost 8.    New tickets will be assigned to patrons already holding tickets and will be available at the Will Call station in the theatre lobby.  Show time will remain the same. The management of The Lost Colony is dedicated to the comfort and safety of the audience, and wants to provide and enjoyable musical evening for all concert goers.  Parking is available in the school parking lot.

For patrons holding VIP tickets, the VIP lounge has been moved to The Ramada Plaza, Nags Head in the Fourth Floor Ballroom. The Ramada is located at 1701 Virginia Dare Trail (Beach Road) in Kill Devil Hills. (Milepost 9 ½ .)  The lounge opens at 6:30pm and remains open until 7:30pm prior to the performance. 

Due to the location change a limited number of  tickets for the Sunday Concert are available. 

Grammy Award winner, Kathy Mattea is part of the “Live at the Waterside” series presented by PNC Bank  at The Lost Colony.

Iconic country singer/songwriter Kathy Mattea will now be live in concert at First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills this Sunday, July 21.

Doors open at 7 and showtime is 8pm.
