Nags Head Hosts Atlantic Surfing Federation Contest

The fourth contest in the Atlantic Surfing Federation (ASF) 2012/2013 season is happening in Nags Head this weekend.

The Atlantic Surfing Federation is a non-profit organization committed to promoting and implementing a modern, progressive surfing program for all members and ability levels.

The ASF seeks to instill discipline, environmental awareness, positive values of fair play, and good sportsmanship in all its members, while encouraging and guiding their development in the area of competitive surfing.

Contest #4 of the Atlantic Surfing Federation 2012/2013 season is happening this Saturday, June 1, at the Grey Bull public beach access located just south of Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head.

If you are an honor roll student, your first division entry fees will be free.

The contest starts at 8am.
