CNBC’s ‘Treasure Detectives’ Investigate Elizabethan Gardens

The Elizabethan Gardens on Roanoke Island will be featured in a new episode of the series Treasure Detectives, premiering this week on CNBC.

In the episode, which will air this Tuesday, April 9, at 9pm on CNBC, the show’s detectives will investigate the origin date of a painting of Queen Elizabeth.

According the Treasure Detectives official website, “Curtis Dowling and his team of authenticators examine a rare 15th century Queen Elizabeth portrait. A visit to the Elizabethan Gardens in North Carolina proves necessary
in the authentication of the Queen Elizabeth painting.”
