Steven Spielberg Brings Virginia to Theaters in 'Lincoln'

The man who gave you Jaws, E.T., Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, Schindler’s List, and Saving Private Ryan was in Richmond, Virginia last year filming his latest epic biopic on America’s iconic 16th President, Lincoln.

Filmed on location in Chicago, Ill. and in Richmond and Petersburg, VA, director Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln (rated PG13) opens Friday, playing locally at KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, starring Daniel Day-Lewis (Last of the Mohicans) as Honest Abe.
