Outer Banks Halloween Parade Online Registration

The 11th Annual OUTER BANKS HALLOWEEN PARADE OF COSTUMES returns on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, and this year, participants can once again get a head start by registering to be in the Parade and Costume Contest in advance online!

You can enter in one of three categories: age 12 and under; age 13 and up; our groups of two or more in related/themed costumes.

RULES:

  • All costume contest entries must be registered, must walk in the Parade, and must remain in costume throughout the contest to be eligible for an award.
  • Entries cannot enter in more than one category (YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE CATEGORY).
  • Winners are decided based on the sole discretion of the judges.
  • All judges decisions are final.
  • You must be present to win.
  • Politically themed costumes are not permitted and will not be eligible for an award.

By registering, all Halloween Parade of Costumes entries agree to give OBX Entertainment and Halloween Daily News permission to use their images from the event for promotional purposes, including photographs and video.

***After completing and successfully submitting the registration form below, you do not need to fill out another registration form at the Parade event, but you will still need to check in and confirm your attendance at the registration table in a specially designated “Pre-Registered” line.***
