Weekend Movie Update – Nov. 22, 2019: ‘Frozen’ Again

Disney is Frozen again in theaters this week, while Mr. Rogers has A Beautiful Day and there’s a manhunt in New York.

Here’s your Outer Banks Movie Update for the weekend of Nov. 22, 2019!

Disney’s animated sequel Frozen 2 (rated PG) officially opens on Friday, showing locally at R/C Theatres in Kill Devil Hills, with early preview screenings tonight (Thursday) at 6:00 and 6:40 p.m. (in 3D).

Tom Hanks stars as Mr. Rogers in A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood (rated PG) officially opens on Friday at R/C Theatres in Kill Devil Hills, with preview screenings tonight (Thursday) at 4:30 and 6:50 p.m.

The thriller 21 Bridges (rated R) also opens on Friday at R/C Theatres in Kill Devil Hills, with an early preview screening tonight (Thursday) at 7:00 p.m.

Looking ahead to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, the all-star comedy Knives Out (rated PG13) opens Wednesday at R/C Theatres in Kill Devil Hills, with early preview screenings on Tuesday (11/26) at 7:00 and 9:10 p.m.
