OBX Entertainment Announces ‘OBXE TV’ Season 5
OBX Entertainment has announced that the original series OBXE TV will return for a fifth season of all-new weekly episodes, starting on Monday, August 13.
Season 5 of the Outer Banks’ first online series will feature more of the candid extended interviews with local entrepreneurs and talents that have defined the show over its first four seasons, as well as taking viewers to the area’s hottest attractions.
Hosted by Sue Artz, OBXE TV focuses on what’s happening on North Carolina’s Outer Banks, regularly showcasing revealing interviews with local celebrity guests and in-depth on location reports from throughout the region.
Launched in 2014, the show has featured interviews with local mayors, business owners, artists, musicians, and more, filmed in OBX Entertainment’s Kill Devil Hills studio, while many episodes have also ventured out to give viewers a first hand look inside and behind the scenes of some of the most popular attractions on the Outer Banks.
“This is our fifth anniversary season,” said OBXE TV producer and director Matt Artz, “and we are excited to bring our viewers more of the kind of exclusive content that this series has become known for. We plan to honor and celebrate the past four seasons of the show while paving a bright new path into the future in Season 5.”
The Season Premiere episode will feature a return visit to H2OBX Waterpark, while upcoming episodes will introduce the owners of the newest nightlife hot spots on the Outer Banks, Secret Island in Kill Devil Hills and Paparazzi OBX in Kitty Hawk, and local weightlifting world champion Anna Zak will stop by OBX Entertainment Studios for an exclusive interview, plus more surprises to be announced.
Season 5 will kick off with Episode 75 of OBXE TV, premiering online on Monday, August 13.
