His Generation is presenting another inspirational concert this summer, featuring the Australian duo For King & Country with special guests We Are Messengers live in concert at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo this month.

Soaring melodies, driving rhythms, theatrical instrumentation, and personal themes are the heartbeat of For King & Country, an Australian duo is comprised of brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone.

The Smallbone brothers raised expectations with the release of their 2012 album Crave, winning Billboard’s New Artists to Watch that same year. Their sophomore effort Run Wild, Live Free, Love Strong debuted at #1 on the iTunes Chart and garnered two Grammy Award wins for the band.

They received yet another Grammy nomination earlier this year for their song “Priceless”, the title track from their independent film of the same name.

The band has sold over 600,000 records and had 150,000,000 streams of their music, and they have performed on numerous high profile network television shows including The View, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Today Show, The Tonight Show, and FOX and Friends, in addition to having their songs featured on the Emmys, The Super Bowl, Sunday Night Football, the U.S. Open, and more.

We Are Messengers is a family, band, and ministry from Ireland, now based in the United States. At the heart of their vision is the desire to serve God and to see His radical love transform lives and communities. Their goal is to communicate the news of the Gospel in a simple, relevant, and life-changing way, inspiring truth and love.

Their self-titled debut album was released in 2016.

For King & County with We Are Messengers will be live in concert on Wednesday, June 21 in the outdoor pavilion at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo. The gates will open at 6, and showtime is at 7pm.

Tickets are $25 in advance or $35 on the day of the show, available for online purchase here.
