Weekend Movie Update – Sept. 23, 2016: ‘Magnificent’ Remake

Byung-hun Lee, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Ethan Hawke, Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Vincent D’Onofrio and Martin Sensmeier are ‘The Magnificent Seven’.
The romantic drama The Light Between Oceans (rated PG13) starts a one-week run at the historic Pioneer Theatre in Manteo on Friday, playing through Sept. 29.
Showtime at The Pioneer is 8pm nightly.
