The 4th Annual Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival was cut in half due to extreme weather concerns this weekend, but the first two days of the concert event took place as planned at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo.

OBX Entertainment staff photographer Jamie Walke was at the 2015 Bluegrass Festival on Wednesday and Thursday to bring you some of the sights from the popular event.
