Outer Banks Halloween Arts & Crafts Expo

OBX Entertainment presented the inaugural Outer Banks Halloween Arts and Crafts Expo on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at Secret Island Restaurant in Kill Devil Hills, part of HalloWeek 2018.

The event featured handmade Halloween-themed local art, crafts, and creepy curiosities for sale from a dozen artisan vendors.
