A new era for the Outer Banks music scene has begun with this year’s launch of Live From OBX, and today brings the first of many big concert announcements for 2025, revealing country sensation Jake Owen is set to return to Roanoke Island Festival Park this summer with special guest Uncle Kracker. Country music superstar Jake Owen and multi-genre hitmaker Uncle Kracker are set to bring their Driftwood Ramble Tour to Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo, North Carolina, in June. This marks the official kickoff of the Live From OBX Summer Concert Series, promising an unforgettable night of music under the stars on the scenic Outer Banks.
Hailing from Vero Beach, FL, Jake Owen has built a career on chart-topping hits, platinum albums, and high-energy performances. His signature sound blends beachside country vibes with heartfelt storytelling, producing fan-favorite anthems like “Barefoot Blue Jean Night”; “Beachin'”; “Made For You”; and “Down to the Honkytonk”. With multiple ACM and CMA nominations, Owen continues to be one of country music’s most dynamic live performers.
Joining him on this tour is the genre-blending Uncle Kracker, who first rose to fame as a turntablist for Kid Rock before carving out his own lane with smash hits like “Follow Me”, “Drift Away”; and “Smile”; His music bridges the gap between rock, country and pop, making him a crowd favorite across generations.
