Sublime with Rome Outer Banks Concert Highlights [Photos, Video]
Sublime with Rome brought their Farewell Tour to the Outer Banks last week, with special guests G. Love & Special Sauce and Fortunate Youth, presented by VusicOBX.
This is the final tour of the current band’s lineup of musicians to join Rome Ramirez, with Joe Tomino on drums, Brian Allen on the bass, and Gabrial McNair on the trombone.
Under a scenic OBX sunset, fans sang along with radio-favorite hits including “Wrong Way”, “Santeria”, “Badfish”, “What I Got”, and many more at the spacious Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo on Thursday, August 29.
At one point between songs, Ramirez told the crowd, “This is the best stop on the tour,” and went on to speak about how unique and special Roanoke Island Festival Park is to him among the many places he has played around the world. “There’s no other venue like this,” he said.
