OBX Entertainment is excited to premiere exclusive video highlights from today’s 33rd Annual Kelly’s Outer Banks St. Patrick’s Parade.

The event, regarded as the largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration in North Carolina, took place on St. Patrick’s Day, Sunday, March 17, along the beach road from Bladen Street to Driftwood Street in Nags Head.
