Sandbar is Treacherous in ‘Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks’ Season 7 Ep. 11 Clip
The locally filmed National Geographic Channel (NatGeo) reality competition series Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks is back for its seventh season, and a new clip from this weekend’s episode has been released online, in which the boats face the treacherous Oregon Inlet sandbar.
In this Sunday’s episode, entitled “Graveyard Shift,” after the Oregon Inlet’s notorious sandbar is nearly impassable, the captains must decide to face it or turn around.

Filmed on the Outer Banks, North Carolina, the breakout TV show spin off of the original Wicked Tuna that follows the exciting work of hardcore tuna fishermen on the Outer Banks, production of the new season began in January, once again shot mostly aboard the boats of the local and visiting captains from Gloucester until the region’s bluefin quota is met.
Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks airs on Sundays at 9:00 p.m. on Nat Geo.
