Three More Dare County Residents Test Positive for Covid-19
Dare County Health and Human Services received three new positive Covid-19 test results over this past weekend (May9-10), all of which are local Dare residents who acquired the virus from direct contact.
One of the three individuals is currently hospitalized out of the area, and the other two are recovering in home isolation.
All individuals who have been identified as having direct contact with the individuals who tested positive have been notified.
This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 tests in Dare County to 21. Of those, 16 have recovered or are asymptomatically cleared, four remain active, and one person has died.
