Marvel’s ‘Black Panther’ Teaser Trailer Released
Marvel will kick off next year with the highly anticipated Black Panther, and the first official teaser trailer has been arrived online.
The character, also known as T’Challa, the king of the fictional African nation of Wakanda, was first introduced in last year’s Captain America: Civil War, played by Chadwick Boseman.
The new standalone film, which hits theaters in early 2018, is directed by Ryan Coogler (Creed) and also stars and Danai Gurira (The Walking Dead), Lupita Nyong’o (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), Forest Whitaker (Rogue One), Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out), Martin Freeman (The Hobbit), Andy Serkis (Star Wars: The Force Awakens), and Michael B. Jordan (Fantastic Four) as Erik Kilmonger.
Following this year’s Spider-Man: Homecoming in July and Thor: Ragnarok in November, this will be the final standalone movie before Marvel unleashes its biggest ensemble yet when Avengers: Infinity War opens in May of next year.
Marvel’s Black Panther arrives in theaters on February 16, 2018.
