‘Pinocchio And Robin Hood’ Coming To Roanoke Island Festival Park
The 2017 Children’s Performance Series at Roanoke Island Festival Park continues with Pinocchio and Robin Hood, live on stage in Manteo, presented by Storybook Tales.
These Hilarious actors will have the audience laughing in the aisles with this production. Packed with audience interaction, this adventure is brimming with character education lessons, audience participation and plenty of puns to bring these literary classics to life in an unforgettable fashion. As told through the eyes of some of Bright Star’s favorite characters, Lenny and Mabel explore just how important it is to tell the truth, and how to help those who are in need.
Bright Star Touring Theatre, a national professional touring theatre company based in Asheville, N.C., is committed to providing professional theatre to young audiences.
Pinocchio and Robin Hood will be performed live in the Indoor Theatre on July 26, 27, and 28 at 10:30am, with an additional evening show on Thursday, July 27, at 6pm.
Tickets are $5 for ages 3 and up, and admission is free for ages 2 and younger. They may be purchased in advance at the park’s Ticket Sales desk or on the day of the event.
