Teaze Bringing Hairspray And ’80s Metal To Kelly’s, Nags Head

Posted By on May 12, 2017

The 1980s glory days of glam rock and “hair band” heavy metal is alive again on the Outer Banks this month when Teaze makes their local debut live in concert at Kelly’s in Nags Head.

From the Virginia-based band’s official website: It’s the moves, spandex, and hair metal from the 80’s, performed by the only band manly enough to wear more makeup than your mom.

A Tëaze show is a glimpse back in time, an authentic tribute to rock’s most outrageous era, playing the greatest party anthems from Bon Jovi to Van Halen, with stage moves Poison wouldn’t dare attempt.

If you long for the days when the grass was green, the girls were pretty (and so were the guys), let Tëaze pour their sugar on you.

The group consists of “Richie Reckless” on lead vocals and bass, “Jon Bon Michaels” on guitar and vocals, “Joe E. Lee” on drums, and “P.V. Trixx” on guitar and vocals.

Teaze will bring the ’80s back to life in concert on Saturday, May 20 at Kelly’s Outer Banks Restaurant and Tavern in Nags Head.

The show starts at 10pm and there will be a cover charge for admission at the door.
