OBX Summer Send Off Concert At Festival Park Announced
Mike Dianna’s Bearded Face Productions has announced the inaugural OBX Summer Send Off (OSSO) concert to benefit the Mustang Outreach Program, presented in part by the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau, coming to Roanoke Island Festival Park in August.
The one-day festival will be headlined by national touring act JJ Grey and Mofro, with more artists to be announced soon.
OBX Summer Send Off will take place at the historic Roanoke Island Festival Park, overlooking the Roanoke Sound in Manteo.

Food from area restaurants will be for sale, as well as beer and wine, while local artisan vendors will be on site selling their handcrafted goods.
“Roanoke Island Festival Park is the one of the most beautiful entertainment venues on the East Coast,” says Dianna. “Bearded Face Productions could not be more excited to present this grand day of music and celebration to aid the Mustang Outreach Program show more children the power of music.”
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Mustang Outreach Program.
The OBX Summer Send Off concert is happening on Wednesday, August 23 at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo.
Gates will open at 3pm and the show will start at 3:30.
Tickets to this all ages event are $40 in advance or $45 on the day of the show, with an early bird special rate of $30, available for online purchase here.
Limited parking on site at Festival Park is available for purchase in advance for $20, also available online here.
