‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ Behind-the-Scenes Video Released
A new behind-the-scenes video for the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story was revealed at the ongoing Star Wars Celebration fan convention happening this weekend in Europe, and it is now available to view on online, featuring a ton of new footage from the highly anticipated spin-off, as well as the first official teaser poster for the film.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is directed by Gareth Edwards (Godzilla, Monsters), telling the story of resistance fighters who have united to steal plans to the dreaded Death Star.
The film stars Academy Award nominee Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything, The Amazing Spider-Man 2); Diego Luna (Milk, Killing Them Softly; Ben Mendelsohn (Bloodline); Donnie Yen (Ip Man, Blade II); Jiang Wen (Let the Bullets Fly, Devils on the Doorstep); Forest Whitaker (The Butler, The Last King of Scotland); Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale, Hannibal); Alan Tudyk (Con Man, Trumbo); and Riz Ahmed (Nightcrawler, Four Lions).
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will arrive in theaters on December 16, 2016.
Rogue One flashes back to a time period in the mythology that takes place just before the events of the very first Star Wars movie, Episode IV: A New Hope.
