Outer Banks Weekend Movie Update – Jan. 22, 2016: Grandpa Gets ‘Dirty’
Grandpa gets Dirty in theaters this week, while The 5th Wave attacks, The Boy lives, and Daddy comes Home to the historic Pioneer.
Here’s your Outer Banks Movie Update for the weekend of Jan. 22, 2016!
Will Ferrell (Elf) and Mark Wahlberg (Transformers: Age of Extinction) star in the comedy Daddy’s Home (rated PG13), starting Friday and playing for one week at the Pioneer Theatre in Manteo (through Jan. 28).
Showtime at The Pioneer is 8pm nightly.

Headlining this week’s new releases is the comedy Dirty Grandpa (rated R), opening Friday at R/C KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, with a preview screening tonight (Thursday) at 7:35pm.

Also new this week, Chloe Grace Moretz (Let Me In, Carrie) faces an alien invasion in the thriller The 5th Wave (rated PG13), opening Friday at R/C KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, with a preview screening tonight (Thursday) at 7:15pm.
