Outer Banks Halloween Parade 2015 Highlights [Video / Photo Gallery]

OBX Entertainment presented the 2nd Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade of Costumes on Sunday, Oct. 25 at Kelly’s in Nags Head, featuring another spirited afternoon of holiday themed family fun for all ages.

The event included special appearances by the Star Wars 501st Legion Carolina Garrison, Spider-Man, Elvis, the Kill Devil Derby Brigade, PsychoPath, Jolly Roger, and many more guests showing off some truly impressive costumes.
