Outer Banks Fishing Charters Donates Halloween Parade Prize!
OBX Entertainment is excited to announce that Outer Banks Fishing Charters has graciously donated a free half-day fishing trip to be one of the prizes awarded to the winners in the Family/Group category of our Costume Contest at the 2nd Annual OUTER BANKS HALLOWEEN PARADE OF COSTUMES, a free family-friendly event for kids and adults of all ages, returning to Kelly’s in Nags Head on Sunday, October 25!
In addition to the short (0.3-mile) walking parade around the Kelly’s property, prizes will be awarded for the Best Costumes in various categories/age groups, including Best Male and Female age 5 and under; Best Male and Female age 6-12; Best Male and Female age 13-adult; Best Couple; and Best Family/Group Costumes.
Captain Tim Story of Outer Banks Fishing Charters has donated a free half-day fishing trip for up to four people aboard the Storytail, valued at approximately $400, to be one of the prizes that will be awarded to the winners.

The Parade will begin at 3pm, with registration starting at 2pm at Kelly’s Outer Banks Restaurant and Tavern in Nags Head, North Carolina, on Sunday, Oct. 25.
All costume contest entries must be registered to participate in the parade and to be eligible for prizes.
Everyone who registers to walk in the Parade will be entered into the Costume Contest, with the winners to be announced during an Awards Ceremony immediately following the Parade.
Admission to this rain or shine event is free for anyone wearing a Halloween costume.
The mission of the Parade of Costumes is to provide a safe and positive celebration of Halloween and its traditions, for Outer Banks locals and visitors alike, and Halloween lovers worldwide, with live entertainment and loads of fun for adults and kids of all ages.
