Outer Banks Shallowbag Beach Music Festival Returns [Concert Preview]
The 2nd Annual Outer Banks Shallowbag Shag Beach Music Festival comes to Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo on Memorial Day Monday, May 25, featuring headliners The Band of Oz and Steamboat Funktion, joining returning favorites The Tams, The Embers, and Jim Quick & Coastline for a full day of live music.
The gates at Festival Park will open at 11:30am, with live music continuing on stage all day starting at 1pm.

The first ever Shallowbag Shag Beach Music Festival kicked off the 2014 Outer Banks summer season on Memorial Day Monday, May 26, 2014, with an excited crowd of fans in attendance, beautiful weather at the spacious outside pavilion at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo, and five world class national bands performing live on stage all day.
