Outer Banks Weekend Movie Update – May 1, 2015: ‘The Avengers’ Return
The Avengers reassemble in theaters this week in Disney and Marvel’s action-packed superhero sequel Age of Ultron (rated PG13), opening this Friday locally at the historic Pioneer Theatre in Manteo and R/C KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills.

‘The Avengers’ return to action in Marvel’s sequel ‘Age of Ultron’.
Starring returning favorites Chris Evans as Captain America, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and directed once again by Joss Whedon, The Avengers: Age of Ultron also welcomes some new faces, including Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Quicksilver, Paul Bettany as Vision, and James Spader as the titular villain Ultron.

Avengers: Age of Ultron premieres with a preview screening tonight (Thursday, April 30) at 7pm at R/C KDH Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, showing in both 3D and traditional 2D formats.
Showtime at the Pioneer is 8pm nightly, starting this Friday, May 1.
