Kill Devil Hills Historic Landmarks Open House 2015 Announced

The Kill Devil Hills Historic Landmarks Open House event is back in April, offering a glimpse into some of the town’s most striking local structures.
The self-guided tour of a sampling of the historic homes will begin with a reception for recent historic home designations at the Town Hall at 1pm.
Participants will be given a map of the properties and they will have until 5 p.m. to tour those that are open.
The Historic Landmarks Commission was developed to identify preserve and protect the heritage, history, architecture and culture of the Town of Kill Devil Hills. Currently, the inventory of Historic Landmarks is 24.
The Kill Devil Hills Historic Landmarks Reception will take place on Friday, April 17 starting at 1pm, followed by the Open House from 2 to 5pm at the Kill Devil Hills Municipal Center.
This event is free and open to the public.

The Hall House at 2401 North Virginia Dare Trail in Kill Devil Hills was built in 1938.
