Motu Music Foundation Presents Teachers Concert
The Motu Music Foundation is presenting a concert featuring some of the Outer Banks’ most creative and skilled musician – the teachers.
The event, “An Evening with Music Teachers”, will be on Saturday March 7 at 6pm at the historic Dare County Courthouse in Manteo, home of the Dare County Arts Council.
This is a great opportunity for people to meet some of Motu faculty and learn more about the Motu Music Foundation.
Part of our mission of the Motu Foundation is to provide the Outer Banks with a comprehensive music foundation that engages musicians of all ages in the creating, playing, and performing of music.
Thanks to private donations and sponsorships, Motu has offered music lesson scholarships to 4 local students. Motu is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that believes in the power of music, pure and simple.
