Jolly Roger Announces New National Karaoke Contest
The Jolly Roger Restaurant in Kill Devil Hills is hosting their 2nd annual “Jollyokie” Talent Quest karaoke contest each week through March, with the local winners advancing to the regional round in Myrtle Beach and a chance to go on to the national Talent Quest competition in Las Vegas.
The local contests will be held each Wednesday night at the Jolly Roger, starting this Wednesday, February 18, and running each week through March 25, when an Outer Banks winner will be announced.
That winner will then go on to compete regionally in Myrtle Beach, with the chance to advance to the national finals in Las Vegas.
All contestants must be 21 or older.
The fun starts at 8pm on Wednesdays, Feb. 18 through March 18, with winners from each week returning for the local finals on March 25, at the Jolly Roger in Kill Devil Hills.
