Kelly's St. Patrick's Parade Returns To Nags Head March 15
Recognized as the largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration in North Carolina, the annual Kelly’s St. Patrick’s Parade takes over the beach road (NC 12) in Nags Head once again on Sunday, March 15.
The parade is scheduled to start at 1pm.
