Roanoke Island Garden Club Announces Downtown Manteo Wreath Winners

The Roanoke Island Garden Club has announced their 2014 Downtown Manteo Christmas Wreath Winners.

The annual competition is sponsored by the Roanoke Island Garden Club with entries from Downtown Manteo businesses.

Odds and Ends won first place, John Silver Art Gallery won second place, and Poor Richards’ Sandwich Shop and Acre Lane tied for third place.  

The talented Roanoke Island Garden Club decorated Downtown Manteo, including the Maritime Museum, and areas nearby on the boardwalk, and also Marshes Lighthouse.

The wreaths can be seen throughout Downtown Manteo.
