The Jolly Roger is the oldest Italian restaurant on the Outer Banks, a cozy and unique landmark standing out on NC 12 in Kill Devil Hills with its welcoming army of pirate statues outside, backed by lively tunes, cool brews, and hearty signature dishes inside this one of a kind local icon.
As they promise on their website, the staff of the Jolly Roger offers no “plastic people”, as everyone is down to earth, relaxed, and kindly efficient at getting you in fast, seated and served without ever much of a wait, and happily stuffed with a big smile afterward.
