The Outer Banks Brewing Station in Kill Devil Hills is home of the area’s most groundbreaking and innovative restaurant and brewery, a local nightlife leader with more than a taste for the arts and community, and an Earth friendly model of success.
Owners Eric Reese and Aubrey Davis first met while both were serving in the Peace Corps in 1992, but it wasn’t until 1997 when a mutual interest in microbreweries inspired the idea for them to launch their own brewpub.
Since first opening its doors in Kill Devil Hills, the Outer Banks Brewing Station has stood out as a unique fixture on the local landscape, with its giant silos and steep pointed roof presenting a striking exterior image, while inside is a cozy atmospheric eatery, featuring an extra long bar and a wall of clear glass between the dining room the brewery itself.
