July 4th Fireworks Return to Kill Devil Hills!
It has been four long years since the town of Kill Devil Hills approved funds in the annual budget for an Independence Day fireworks display on the 4th of July, but this year, the sky will be bright with explosions of color once again.
Last year, the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners voted to award a $20,000 contract to the popular Zambelli Fireworks company to put on the 2014 spectacular.
As is tradition, the Kill Devil Hills fireworks display will be launched from Avalon Fishing Pier starting at dusk on Friday, July 4.
You can also watch town-sponsored July 4th fireworks displays at Nags Head Pier in Nags Head and at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo.
