Outer Banks Forum Presents Horszowski Trio [Concert Preview]

The Outer Banks Forum for the lively Arts continues its 2013-2014 season this month with a performance by the renowned Horszowski Trio live in concert in Kill Devil Hills.

The Outer Banks Forum invites you to be mesmerized by this trio, which has been hailed by the The New Yorker as “destined for great things.”

Formed in 2011, the group is composed of two-time Grammy-nominated violinist Jess Mills, founding cellist of the prize-winning Daedalus Quartet Raman Ramakrishnan, and pianist Rieko Aizawa, the last pupil to be taught by legendary pianist Mieczyslaw Horszowski.

The Trio will perform a repertoire spanning the traditional and the contemporary.

The Outer Banks Forum for the Lively Arts presents the Horszowski Trio live in concert inside the First Flight High School Auditorium in Kill Devil Hills on Saturday, January 25.

Showtime is 7:30pm.

Tickets are $25 for adults or $12 for students and will be available at the door.
