Get Trapped 'Under the Dome' at Home on Blu-ray [NC Film]
Filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina, the complete first season of the CBS hit series Under the Dome arrives in a Blu-ray set and a Limited Collector’s Edition set this week that comes packaged in a cool dome (pictured below).
Among extras included is a featurette that takes you to the Red Carpet in Wilmington for the locally screened Pilot Premiere of Under The Dome, including interviews with cast members and creators, the city’s Mayor declaring June 24th Dome Day, and reactions to the gigantic success of the network premiere.
The Limited Collector’s Edition Blu-ray set will also include the following additional bonus features:
– Stephen King Visits Big Jim’s Car Dealership: A tour of the location with Stephen King as he explains how Chester’s Mill is based on a real town and makes a deal to buy a used car.
– The Visual Effects of “Under The Dome”: A visit with the Visual Effects team as they discuss the incredible sequences they worked on for the series.
– “Under The Dome”: Executing the Finale: Exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from on set for the filming of the last episode.
Under the Dome returns to CBS for Season 2 on Mondays at 10pm next summer.
