[Local Buzz] Pirate Scallywag School Comes to Roanoke Island Festival Park

Roanoke Island Festival Park invites youngsters to learn how to be a pirate at Scallywag School this month.

Pirate Scallywag School is happening on Friday, August 23, from 2 to 3pm on the front porch at Festival Park in Manteo.

Children will bet to learn from the pirate crew how to walk, talk, and act like pirate.

Kitty Hawk Kites will also offer pirate face painting from 2 to 4pm.

Admission to this event is free for all ages.

Roanoke Island Festival Park hosts Pirate Scallywag School.
