HALLOWEEN ARTS & CRAFTS EXPO – OCT. 24 at Secret Island
OBX Entertainment presents the inaugural Outer Banks Halloween Arts and Crafts Expo on Wednesday, Oct. 24th at Secret Island Restaurant in Kill Devil Hills, featuring handmade Halloween-themed local art and crafts for sale from a variety of artisan vendors. Admission is free!

HALLOWEEN FILM FESTIVAL – OCT. 25-27 at R/C Theatres Kill Devil Hills
The 3rd Halloween International Film Festival returns to Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina October 25-27, featuring independent films from around the world, including many world premieres, visiting filmmakers, cast, and crew, as well as Q&As, meet & greets, and nightly photo ops on the Orange Carpet.
All Festival film screenings will once again be shown at RC Theatres Movies 10 in Kill Devil Hills, starting at 1pm each day.

TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT – OCT. 27 at First Flight Elementary School
In addition to trick or treating from 4 to 7:30pm, First Flight Elementary PTO’s big event of the year will include a cake walk, a silent auction, crafts, games, face painting, a photo booth, and raffle drawing at 6:390pm. Food will be on hand for dinner as well.
This event is all ages friendly and open to the public. Admission is $2 per person and everyone is asked to please bring a non-perishable food item for the food drive. Tickets available for other activities including cake walk, photo booth, and crafts.
HALLOWEEN PARADE – OCT. 28 at Aviation Park, Kill Devil Hills
The 5th Annual Outer Banks Halloween Parade will take place at Aviation Park in Kill Devil Hills, on Sunday in October 28, a free, family friendly costume event for all ages, presented by OBX Entertainment.
The pre-parade Trick or Treat Party starts at 2pm, with the walking Parade itself beginning at 3pm, followed by the Awards Ceremony, where thousands of dollars in prizes will be awarded to the best costumes.
